Something as simple as a sunset hike in the gorgeous fields of the Agua Dulce Canyon, serves as soothing medicine for the mind and soul. Javen often retreats to nature and national parks in the state, to connect with the original aura of California. Few individuals have time to venture off into the world to explore themselves and their surroundings. It can be such a privilege to have the space and time to be yourself. People are not born as is, they become who they are; this takes practice. When in doubt, hike it out.
